What's the deal with same-day delivery or porch pickup?

• Part of creating Bluebirdie Boutique was to make the shopping process as easy as possible for busy parents/guardians in the Olney, MD area. If you place an order Mon-Fri before 2pm, your item(s) will be delivered same day if you live in Olney, MD and 10-mile surrounding area. Orders placed outside the delivery area will automatically be porch pick-up. At this time we are not shipping anywhere.
• Porch pick-up is also available same-day for anyone interested. Please comment in your order if you'd like to do that and we will contact you with details.
• For orders placed after 2pm or on the weekends, delivery/pickup will happen within 24-48 hours.

Can items be returned?

• Returns - unworn, with tags - will be accepted within 48 hours of initial purchase, for future purchase credit only. At this time, we are unable to issue cash/credit refunds. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I know if something will fit?

• If you are concerned about fit, you're welcome to do a porch pickup and try the item on at the time of pickup. Sizes can be exchanged at that time if need be. 

Why are the prices higher than big box stores?

• Every piece has been handmade by our brands, with most using materials also sourced from the US. As supporting these values is important to us, you will find that it results in the prices coming in a little higher than what you would find from fast fashion labels.
• The hope with all of these pieces is that they can be handed down or passed along to siblings, friends, cousins, etc., letting the purchase pay for itself over time.
